- Gordon Scott Review added: 2018.02.26★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I booked in for a 7 nights stay ,on looking at the single room i found the radiator in the bedroom cold and the shower room warm towel rail tepid i paid £294 .00 and went to visit my Grandaughter on my arrival back to my room i found the bedroom radiator still cold this is a winter night i ask the Manager for some heating he brought me a tiny electric oil heater but i was still cold i slept with my beanie hat on all night and woke at 5 am with in a Hyperthemia daze i didnt even know how to summone help but managed to find my Grandaughters address and ask the Manager to phone for a taxi to take me there when i arrived in about 4 hours i was warm enough to get my feelings back i phone the owner and said i cannot return to the hotel and due to my ill health i would not be returning to see out my 7 days he said come back before 4 pm and i will return some of your money i was given £98 .00 loosing £ 200 .00 i think this was out of order and i think this is the worst hotel ive been in in my 77 years it was so bad sorry .
